At Grit Loops, we strive to make exercising a routine part of life. Recognizing that factors like a fast-paced life, expense of gym memberships, and small apartment space, all make regular exercise difficult, we focus on providing quality products for optimizing exercise in a small space. The full Grit Loops system was created out of our founders' ingenious home system, now available to all hard-working souls with grit.
Brett started using resistance bands combined with his weights as he lifted. He realized that this not only provided the extra resistance he needed to progress his workouts, but that it also felt like he was getting more resistance over a wider range of motion as well...
